CONSULTATION BLOCK SETTINGS
Block settings control how your calendar works. These rules determine exactly when clients can book, how long each slot lasts, and how much breathing room you have between appointments.
This sets the default block size on your GHL calendar. If different services have different lengths, we'll create separate calendar types for each.
Buffer time is blocked off automatically after each appointment — for notes, travel, prep, or just breathing room.
Prevents clients from booking last-minute slots you can't accommodate.
How far into the future your calendar stays open for new bookings.
We'll cap your daily bookings at this number automatically.
These will be permanently blocked on your GHL calendar so clients can never book those slots.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Your policy protects your time and your income. We build these rules directly into your booking confirmation emails, reminder sequences, and GHL automations.
CURRENT BOOKING SETUP
Leave blank if you don't have GHL yet — we'll set up your account.

Section 04 — Final | A2P SMS Registration

Legally text clients.

To legally text your leads and clients, carriers require your business to be registered.

WHAT IS A2P 10DLC?
A2P ("Application to Person") is the FCC's system for businesses that send automated texts. Without registration, your appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional messages get filtered as spam. This is a one-time setup. Once registered, your texts reach inboxes every time.
BUSINESS IDENTITY
Must match your IRS registration exactly — carriers verify against the IRS database.
Never shared publicly. Required to verify your business is legitimate.
Affects your carrier registration tier.
Must be your actual registered address. P.O. Boxes are rejected by carriers.
MESSAGING CAMPAIGN
For service businesses, appointment reminders are the most common and easiest to get approved.
Write a real message you'd actually send. Carriers review these for tone and compliance.
At least one message must include a clear opt-out like 'Reply STOP.'
OPT-IN CONSENT
This is the most important field in the entire A2P registration. The more specific you are about how and where clients consent, the faster your campaign gets approved.
The first text sent after opt-in. Must include your business name and opt-out instructions — required by the CTIA.
